All orders are shipped out the next business day. So if you order anytime before 11:59pm EST, your order will ship the next morning. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping times will usually be before noon on the day of shipment. Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email. So check your email (or junk mail) to view confirmation of your order.
All packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of order size/quantity. Your shipment will arrive in approximately 3-5 business days after shipping. All shipments are sent the day after they are ordered. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
All BowTie Co. products are of the highest quality materials and are hand tailored. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the build and quality of your purchase, we will refund the purchase price or replace the product. Due to the unique nature of custom items, these items may be returned only for defects in material or workmanship (i.e. loose stitching/discolored material).Our main goal is customer satisfaction and as such we will certainly accept all items that are unworn, in new conditioned that are post marked within 7 days of the purchase date. To expedite the process please email us at: Sales@thebowtieco.comwith the subject of the email titled “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE”. Additionally please send a copy of your receipt in the package as well and we will ensure to refund your money (minus the shipping charge) or send you a replacement tie. Any custom item will have a $25 non-negotiable re-stocking fee.
Please note that it is important to send packages back directly to us rather than marking them “Return to Sender” as they may not arrive back to us expeditiously (delaying your refund) or never make it back here at all. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide you a refund if we do not receive your package.
